Lauren Pratt, an Area Supervisor with G4S Secure Solutions (USA), has been recognized for living the values of INNOVATION and TEAMWORK.
As an Area Supervisor, Pratt works with 14 accounts in the Cincinnati, Ohio, area, ensuring that G4S employees have the resources they need to complete their tasks. She trains newly assigned officers, and builds client and account relationships with G4S. Pratt often collaborates with site supervisors, focusing on making improvements within the region.
Whether she is setting up a new post or resolving internal challenges, Lauren is ready to give assistance whenever needed. She is engaged with all that she oversees and communicates effectively via phone and email.

Lauren Pratt prioritizes the G4S team she oversees. During a mixup with payroll, she examined the problem, listened to affected employees, and took the time to speak to the general manager about the problem. She worked diligently, ensuring the G4S employees received the proper pay. According to her colleagues, Pratt went above the call of duty in handling the situation.
