Assigned 18 months ago to a major power generation organization in Pensacola, Florida, USO Garcia hit the ground with initiative and zeal. Quickly forging tight relationships with client employees, contractors and his G4S colleagues, Garcia also studied and mastered several internal security systems. As a subject matter expert, he stepped forward to train new team members to the highest standards, ensuring security program efficiency and accountability.
