Values Champion: Sofia Cardante

Sofia CardanteSofia Cardante, Operations and Language Supervisor for the Global Risk Intelligence Center (GRIC) at G4S Corporate Risk Services, has been recognized for living the values of INTEGRITY and RESPECT, SAFETY, SECURITY and SERVICE EXCELLENCE and INNOVATION and TEAMWORK.

In her Supervisor role, Sofia manages day-to-day GRIC activities, including line supervision, global operations oversight and quality assurance for various reporting requirements. She also tracks operational expenditures and uses her trilingual language skills (English, Portuguese and Spanish) in her responsibilities as language lead for translations.
