On December 13th, 2017, G4S employees assigned to American International College Campus Police held their 4th annual Stuff-a Cruiser event. This event, started by past G4S employee dispatch/Risk 360 supervisor Jessee Dabrea, collects unwrapped presents from campus students and staff members to donate to children from the neighborhood surrounding AIC.
This year’s even was spearheaded by current dispatch/RISK360 supervisor Diane dos Reis. According to Diane, “I thought that this was the time of year where we could extend our assistance to include the community that surrounds us. We know that there are lots of kids that have benefited from our past events and I wanted to make sure that it continued.”
As with past events, G4S officers manned the collection site and filled the cruiser with tons of toys. Supervisors, Special Police Officers, security officers and dispatchers braved the cold to receive the presents and further engaged the AIC community. One of the Police Sergeants, Diane Jensen, came dressed as one of Santa’s helpers to further the holiday experience. Students and staff alike thanked the volunteers for their work at this event and their commitment to the AIC community.
