Award Winners are:

Ralph “Butch” Gottschammer: Butch was given the inaugural Ralph Christy award which was named in his honor due to his ability to maintain outstanding results over the course of his 26-year career with G4S. In 1992 he joined G4S as a surveillance investigator, rapidly transitioning into claims investigations and eventually into SIU investigations. He joined G4S after a successful 22-year career in the U.S. Marines where he retired as the investigations division chief. He has continued to be recognized as an A-Player every year and delivers consistently measurable results.

Carolyn Czepas: Carole started at G4S in 2014 with more than 12 years of experience and has continued to establish herself as a leader in the northeast region. During her time at G4S, she has obtained her FCLS certification and received numerous compliments from clients and case managers. Her “can do” attitude, love for G4S, passion for the job and the end result are many of the reasons why she received the Northeast Investigator of the Year award.

Chris Chlarson: Chris has been with G4S since 2013. Over the course of his career with G4S, he has achieved optimal levels of personal performance and accomplishments and has raised the bar for others to follow. His hard work and superior results has directly resulted in revenue generation from clients. He was nominated for the Midwest Investigator of the Year award due to his consistency, dependability, dedication and commitment to helping others.

Del Gregg: Del began his career at G4S in 2014 and has maintained a reputation as one of the strongest leaders at his level. One of his major accomplishments in 2017 includes being involved in the onboarding of newly hired SIU Field Investigators in addition to maintaining a full case load and completing high volumes of fraud reviews and packages. His patience, ability to teach by example and willingness to help out are just a few of the reasons why he was nominated for the Southern Investigator of the Year award.

David Styskel: David joined G4S in 2014 with a strong background in loss prevention. Since starting his career with G4S, he has continuously produced clearly measurable impacts on and off the field. Due to his hard work and dedication he has received several kudos from case managers and his peers and has been presented with the Western Investigator of the Year award.
