When a traumatic brain injury threatened to take away Randy Davis’ dream, he persevered, determined to make it a reality
Ever since Randy Davis was a kid growing up near Fort A.P. Hill in Central Virginia in the 1970s, all he ever wanted to do was join the military. He bought camo clothes, boots and “Rambo” bandannas and liked watching Army helicopters flying around the horizon. In Davis’ mind, there was no doubt that when he became old enough he would join the military.
