Since 1998, Paul Bullard has participated in numerous rides to benefit HIV and AIDS research. In June, Paul embarked on his third 545-mile ride in California.
Paul Bullard had just wrapped up a career in the U.S. Army as a Communications Specialist and was beginning the search for his next job. The last eight years of his life had been spent at various locations across the globe, with stops in Germany and Korea for three years, providing communications for most everything the military did.
